You can meet me in person at local Wedding Exhibitions and I am also available to meet up at other times to discuss your plans and answer any questions that you might have.

I am happy to come and meet you both for a personal introduction. To chat to you about my services and what I have to offer you.
Written confirmation
As soon as you are happy and your deposit is received, I will confirm to you all details that have been discussed in a written confirmation, this includes dates, times, costs and any requirements you may have.
Easy to contact
I know from personal experience that you will require answers to any queries that you may have promptly.
A lot of my inbound communication is via email, which I receive directly to my phone and I respond to as soon as I can. However if there is an urgent query or just can't get on online, then feel free to give me a call.

You are in total control of the music
I want you to know that, when you book me, you have total control over the music that is played at your Wedding Reception, there are no restrictions. You can have as much or as little influence and control over the music played as you like. I accept your playlists in advance, requests at the event from your friends and family or alternatively you can just leave it all upto me and utilise my experience.

If you choose Olympic DJ, then you can use my exclusive Online Playlist Creator, which allows you to create your own playlist online. You can add songs yourself and also get family and friends from around the world involved as well.
It is simple to use and you have the final say, of what stays on the playlist, and what does not.

Your First Dance
Your first dance together as husband and wife, is a very special moment of your day.
As your wedding day gets closer, I will be in contact with you to confirm final arrangments and to discuss how you would like your first dance to be, including your chosen first dance song and how I can make you both feel most comfortable on the day.
For formal dancing and performing couples, I can edit your first dance song to meet your requirements.
For the more dramatic, I can coordinate exclusive first dances like, Michael Jackson's Thriller theme dances & first dance mixes and mashup's.
On your Wedding Day
Setting up
I always allow plenty of time to setup before your event and I am more than happy to setup my roadshows early (perhaps in the morning) on your wedding day if required, at no additional cost.
Dressed to impress
I will be performing at your wedding reception in a formal attire ie a smart suit, which always receives positive feedback with guests.

Picture Slideshows - A firm favourite with wedding couples is the option of a picture slideshow. Which can be played frequently throughout the event.
This is fantastic opportunity for you to share your special moments with your friends and family.
Capturing the Event - During your event I take candid and non intrusive photos of everyone enjoying themselves. I then give you all the photo's that I have taken on a DVD free of charge, shortly after the event.
