I aim to offer you a 1st class professional wedding disco service

I recently got married and being actively involved with my wedding I know from personal experience how much effort goes into the Big Day.

To help you at this busy time, I offer the following:

An Initial meeting

  • I am happy to come and meet you both for a personal introduction. To chat to you about my services and what I have to offer exclusively to my wedding services.

  • I hope you feel this is also a great opportunity for me to discuss your personal requirements, such as music play lists, your 1st dance, your wedding day plans or venue layout with me.

  • Also this is an opportunity for us to discuss DJ equipment, times of arrival & setting up details with you

  • But more importantly we both meet in person, so that you get to know straight away if you like what I have to offer you and I hopefully can answer any questions you may have.

Confirmations

  • With each booking I take, I provide a printed confirmation of services. This details all arrangements that are agreed, timings, cost and any personal requirements that you might have.

  • I also will contact you nearer the event date to confirm any final changes or details that you may wish.

Setting Up

  • I am happy to setup your roadshow at anytime of day of your event, morning, lunch on a short while before the reception is due to start at no extra cost.

  • Please note that some of our road shows do take longer to setup than others, so just ask us and we will advise if we can and how long, typically we require a minimum of 1.5 hours.

During Your Event

  • I have wireless microphones for speeches and presentations.

  • Your 1st Dance, can be tailored to your personal requirements, including your song, the correct times, any introductions that you may need and the sound and lighting to create the special moment.

  • I will dress to impress, I always wear a suit to all my performances

  • I will approachable to take requests during the event from your guests, as well as playing from you playlists that you may of supplied before hand.

  • Please see our Wedding Exhibitions section and feel free to come along and see me. I have limited complimentary passes to all exhibitions on a first come first served basis.

Your treasured memories

Olympic DJ is one of the only Entertainment Companies who offer to take photos and video of your event and then, provide you with them afterwards. I can either put your photo's online, in a password protected area, or send you them on CD/DVD Rom for your friends and family to share. Olympic DJ will not charge you for this service.

Please note that I am not professional photographer / videographer, however I are more than happy to take pictures or short video's of those special moments as if I was a guests of yours and share them with you.
